I offer mentoring and support to individuals with Asperger's Syndrome and their families/carers where they feel they need it.

I have a particular interest in working with Asperger's Syndrome students during transition periods, especially when leaving school or university, as this was an aspect of life I struggled with both before and after diagnosis. Asperger’s Syndrome students can often feel ‘insular’ coming out of school or university, especially if unsure of what may lie ahead. This can lead to high anxiety, which can be reduced with the right support.

My mentoring and support services involve social activities in a relaxed and confidential environment, to remove any pressure. This can help individuals develop social skills and self-esteem, as well as being able to express themselves.
